Lead buyer agreement

Parties

This agreement is between [LEGAL COMPANY NAME] (“HomeRemodelingLeads”) and the contractor purchasing leads or appointments (“Buyer”).

Specification

Buyer's service area, project types, filters, caps and pricing are set in the written spec sheet, which may be updated by written agreement.

Exclusivity

Each lead is delivered to one buyer only and is not resold.

Billing

Buyer prepays a balance. Accepted leads and appointments are deducted at the agreed price at the time of delivery.

Returns

Buyer may return a lead within 72 hours of delivery for: invalid or disconnected phone number, fake information, duplicate, renter, or location outside the agreed service area. Appointment no-shows reported within 48 hours are replaced.

Compliance

Buyer agrees to contact homeowners in compliance with all applicable laws, including the TCPA, TSR, state telemarketing laws and contractor licensing requirements, and to honor opt-out requests.

Term and cancellation

Either party may end this agreement with [7] days' written notice. Unused prepaid balance is refunded within [30] days, less any amounts owed.
