How we obtain consent

Homeowners who request a quote through our websites and forms provide their prior express written consent to be contacted by phone call and text message, including by automated technology, by the remodeling company named in the consent language at the time of submission. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Records

For each lead we keep a record of the consent language shown, the page it was collected on, the date and time, and a third-party consent certificate where available.

Opting out

Homeowners can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text or by telling the caller. We honor opt-out requests promptly and pass them to the contractor who received the lead.

Buyer responsibilities

Contractors who receive leads are responsible for complying with the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, state telemarketing laws and Do Not Call rules when contacting homeowners.
